3. Order Acceptance & Modification

Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel your order for reasons including inventory shortages, inaccuracies in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity.

If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund of the product cost (excluding original shipping charges, if applicable) to your original payment method or bank account.

4. Shipping & Cash on Delivery (COD)

Orders are delivered across Pakistan via reliable third-party courier services.

Customers choosing Cash on Delivery (COD) are requested to provide accurate delivery addresses and reachable phone numbers.

Refusing parcel delivery at the doorstep without prior notice may lead to restriction from future orders on our store.

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

You agree to promptly update your email address, shipping address, and contact details so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
