Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Outfizia, we strive to deliver your favorite fashion pieces quickly, safely, and efficiently across Pakistan.

1. Delivery Timelines

Standard Delivery: Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days nationwide after order confirmation.

Order Processing Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM (PKT) are processed on the same working day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Charges 

We charge a standard shipping fee of PKR 249 on all orders nationwide across Pakistan.
For international orders, please contact us via WhatsApp or email before placing your order. Shipping charges for international deliveries are calculated individually based on the destination country and parcel weight at the time of purchase.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD Available: We offer Cash on Delivery services all across Pakistan.

Payment on Arrival: Please hand over the exact order amount to the courier rider at the time of delivery.

Note: According to courier company rules, parcel inspection is only permitted after payment has been handed over to the courier representative.

4. Order Tracking & Confirmation

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and/or email containing your Courier Tracking Number and a direct link to track your parcel in real time.

5. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

Our courier partner will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts at the provided address.

Please ensure your provided contact number is active so the courier rider can reach you. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address details or refusal to accept, re-shipping charges will apply for redelivery.
